Nice to meet you, my name is Monica 

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist & Weight Loss Coach with an expertise in perimenopause and menopause women's health and weight loss.

In am the founder of Everyday Nutrition and creator of 
The Fit & Focused Formula Programme.

In the last 10 years of clinical practice I had the privilege to work with hundreds of women just like you.

I know, from professional and personal experience,  the toll that hormonal changes, stress and running a busy schedule with work and family commitments can take on our body and health.

I have been through perimenopause and I am now  in my mid fifties feeling better than I ever did in my thirties when I was suffering from debilitating fatigue and didn't have the tools and knowledge to change that. 

This was the reason why I went back to study and qualified as a nutritionist.

I am also a mother of two gorgeous humans, a daughter of elderly parents in their eighties, a sister and a friend.

Like you, I care for many people and life is busy. But, when you have great energy everything gets easier to manage and you can enjoy some fun too!

Ahhh...I almost forgot...I am Italian and food has always been an important part of my life so, rest assured that nothing is bland about my food... nor me!
